However, we understand that situations may arise where learners may request
a refund or cancellation. Please read our policy carefully:
All payments made for courses are final and non-transferable.
Refunds will only be considered if requested within 3 days of course purchase,
provided the learner has not accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the course content.
Once significant course material is accessed, no refund will be issued.
If you face a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, and it cannot be
resolved by our support team,a full refund will be processed.
Course cancellations must be requested in writing via email at support@eduproskills.com.
Cancellations after the refund window will not be eligible for a refund, but learners
may be offered course credits (at EduProSkills’ discretion).
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
EduProSkills reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
